What you will do
- Lead, recruit, and mentor a team of Enterprise Account Managers to drive sales performance.
- Develop and execute strategic sales campaigns and demand generation initiatives.
- Provide coaching on sales methodologies and deal strategies to ensure consistent forecasting and results.
- Engage directly with C-level stakeholders in customer organizations to facilitate digital transformation.
- Manage significant client escalations and resolve complex business issues.
- Monitor team activity and track key performance metrics to ensure regional growth.
Requirements
- Must be based in the Central US.
- 5+ years of proven sales leadership experience in an enterprise SaaS environment.
- Demonstrated success in leading and coaching teams of Account Executives.
- Strong executive engagement, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience driving large-scale deal activities and sales enablement.
- Strong business acumen and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with MEDDIC sales methodology.
- Demonstrable experience selling SaaS MarTech solutions.
- Training in Command of the Message.
