What you will do

• Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft Exchange Server infrastructure and associated Microsoft products.
• Troubleshoot, isolate, and resolve anomalies in both client and server applications.
• Implement network and system security measures to protect hardware, software, and data.
• Perform daily system health checks and monitor performance to maintain operational efficiencies.
• Develop standard operating procedures and write scripts to automate routine administration tasks.
• Coordinate with support teams, help desks, and stakeholders to resolve recurring system problems.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
• Current CompTIA Security+ Certification.
• 6-9 years of experience as a system administrator in mid to large Windows environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory.
• Experience installing software on Windows Servers and troubleshooting in Windows environments.
• Must be based in San Antonio, TX for full-time on-site work.

Nice to have

• MS-102 (Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert) or LFCA (Linux Foundation Certified IT Associate) certifications.
• Experience with ServiceNow.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
