What you will do

  • Identify and develop relationships with enterprise clients across the EMEA region.
  • Create strategic account plans focused on delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from initial engagement through negotiation and closing.
  • Collaborate with alliance managers and partners to generate and expand business opportunities.
  • Develop compelling business cases and proposals that articulate the value of hirify.global’s platform.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience managing complex enterprise software sales cycles.
  • Proven ability to consistently exceed quota in a hunter-style sales environment.
  • Experience selling enterprise technology solutions to Commerce or Service industries.
  • Strong consultative and challenger sales approach.
  • Must be based in Germany.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling artificial intelligence or generative AI solutions.
  • MEDDPICC certification or experience applying the methodology.
  • Demonstrated success building strong partner relationships to accelerate enterprise sales.
