What you will do
- Build and manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts in Chile, focusing on Financial Services, Insurance, Telecommunications, Healthcare, and Utilities.
- Identify new business opportunities for conversational AI capabilities and the ElevenAgents platform to automate contact centers and improve engagement.
- Lead consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and develop compelling business cases for senior executives and economic buyers.
- Develop and execute account strategies to expand presence within key enterprise verticals, navigating complex procurement structures.
- Partner with Customer Success, FDEs, and Solutions Engineering to ensure smooth onboarding and expansion of accounts.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the C-suite, educating leaders on generative AI, voice interfaces, and conversational agents.
Requirements
- 7+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience in SaaS or technology, ideally with exposure to AI or API-driven platforms.
- Proven success managing long, complex sales cycles across business, IT, legal, and procurement stakeholders.
- Well-established network of senior individuals and C-suite contacts within the Chilean enterprise landscape.
- Ability to translate complex technical solutions into measurable business value for product and engineering leaders.
- Native or full professional proficiency in Spanish and strong English for internal collaboration.
- Must be based in Chile to execute the role and visit clients.
