TL;DR

Major Account Executive (SaaS): Driving revenue growth and adoption of business automation solutions with an accent on B2B account development and C-level relationship management. Focus on managing the full sales lifecycle, conducting needs assessments, and closing complex multi-stakeholder deals.

Location: Must reside within Lincoln NE Territory (Primary), Eastern Nebraska, Western Iowa, and South Dakota for occasional travel to client sites.

Compensation: Base salary $65,000 + commissions (Estimated OTE: $110,000).

What you will do

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for business automation solutions to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level, IT, and Operations leaders.
  • Conduct needs assessments and deliver tailored solution presentations aligned with client objectives.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting and qualification to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Collaborate with internal pre-sales, technical, and implementation teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and activity tracking using CRM systems.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Strong consultative selling, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools.
  • Must reside within the specified Lincoln NE, Eastern Nebraska, Western Iowa, or South Dakota territory.
