What you will do
- Manage the full sales cycle (prospecting, demo, closing) for mid-market accounts with ACV typically under $50,000.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline using self-sourced and SDR-provided leads.
- Conduct discovery calls to identify customer business challenges and align the platform's solutions to meet these needs.
- Collaborate with SDR, Customer Success, and Technical Support teams to ensure a smooth post-sale hand-off.
- Track and report on individual sales metrics and pipeline progress to support decision-making.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the USA, Canada, UK, or Ireland
- 2+ years of experience in full-cycle B2B SaaS or MarTech sales, specifically handling mid-market accounts.
- Proven success in new customer acquisition and closing deals within the B2B SaaS space.
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC or a similar consultative selling and discovery framework.
- Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills.
