Location: Must be based in the United States
Compensation: $200,000–$250,000 OTE

What you will do
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold outreach.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting mid-market accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, key decision-makers, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to drive revenue and account expansion.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and provide accurate sales forecasting.
- Consistently apply MEDDPICC methodology to manage opportunities and develop close plans.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- Proven experience in a Sales or Business Development role within a high-growth organization or startup.
- Strong track record of overachieving against sales quotas.
- Deep knowledge of rigorous sales methodologies and processes.
- Experience selling to developers and engineering leadership.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
Nice to have
- Prior experience selling commercial services based on open-source developer platforms.
- Technical comfort discussing workflows, microservices, containers, and serverless architectures.
