TL;DR

Account Executive (SaaS): Driving revenue growth for hirify.global Cloud by building a pipeline of qualified leads and closing business with mid-market accounts, with an accent on leveraging the existing Conductor open-source install base. Focus on executing strategic sales plans, maintaining accurate forecasts using MEDDPICC, and articulating the business value of developer-centric orchestration platforms to engineering leadership.

Location: Must be based in the United States

Compensation: $200,000–$250,000 OTE

hirify.global is a developer-focused platform built on the open-source Conductor engine, enabling teams to build and scale durable, distributed event-driven applications.

What you will do

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold outreach.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting mid-market accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, key decision-makers, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to drive revenue and account expansion.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and provide accurate sales forecasting.
  • Consistently apply MEDDPICC methodology to manage opportunities and develop close plans.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • Proven experience in a Sales or Business Development role within a high-growth organization or startup.
  • Strong track record of overachieving against sales quotas.
  • Deep knowledge of rigorous sales methodologies and processes.
  • Experience selling to developers and engineering leadership.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience selling commercial services based on open-source developer platforms.
  • Technical comfort discussing workflows, microservices, containers, and serverless architectures.
