Location: Remote (US). Must be authorized to work in the United States. Meeting hours optimized for Pacific Time Zone; in-person attendance required at least once per year.

Salary: $210,000 – $245,000

What you will do

• Define the long-term vision and strategy for data quality across the real-world data platform.
• Drive the product roadmap for scalable, measurable, and trustworthy data quality capabilities.
• Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring data quality and research readiness across the data lifecycle.
• Partner with engineering and data platform teams to improve ingestion, transformation, and validation processes.
• Implement AI-first approaches to automate detection and remediation of data quality issues at scale.
• Translate complex data signals into actionable insights for business leaders, researchers, and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, specifically with technical or data-focused products.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available).
• Strong SQL experience for data exploration and root cause analysis.
• Proven ability to define and communicate data quality metrics that impact business performance.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical rigor and a bias toward durable, systematic solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience with healthcare data standards and vocabularies such as FHIR, RxNorm/NDC, LOINC, and CPT.
• Familiarity with modern data stacks including Azure, Databricks, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience applying AI and machine learning techniques to resolve data quality challenges.
• Knowledge of clinical and billing workflows and their resulting data outputs.
