Location: Remote (United States, except Hawaii)

Salary: $150K – $187K + Equity

What you will do

• Lead Flex card features from discovery through launch, spanning onboarding, activation, spend, and repayment.
• Drive core metrics including offer-to-activation conversion, card usage, and member retention.
• Translate goals into prioritized backlogs in partnership with engineering, design, and data teams.
• Use qualitative research and quantitative data to identify high-impact opportunities across the member funnel.
• Explore and validate the evolution of Flex card as a multi-product experience alongside other hirify.global services.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• 2+ years in fintech, lending, cards, or related consumer financial products.
• Proven track record of improving growth, conversion, and retention in consumer products.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL or tools like Looker, Mode, or Tableau.
• Ability to use AI tools as a force multiplier for speed and quality.
• Must be based in the United States (excluding Hawaii).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with BNPL, installment lending, or open-loop card products.
• Experience with cashflow-based underwriting or alternative credit models.
• Familiarity with consumer credit regulations.
