What you will do

• Define and execute the product strategy for enterprise data insights leveraging cloud data platforms.
• Own the roadmap for enterprise reporting, dashboards, predictive analytics, and self-service intelligence.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and AI/ML teams to transform complex datasets into meaningful insights.
• Develop requirements for predictive models supporting fraud detection, anomaly detection, and forecasting.
• Champion AI-powered analytics, including natural language querying and generative AI.
• Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks to evaluate product adoption and business impact.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably within healthcare IT or SaaS.
• 3+ years of experience working with home health, home care, or related healthcare solutions.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data platforms, BI tools, and AI-driven product capabilities.
• Experience with tools such as Snowflake, Power BI, Tableau, Sigma, ThoughtSpot, dbt, or Databricks.
• Must be based in the United States; ability to travel approximately 10-25%.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
