What you will do

• Design AI-powered systems and user experiences to help members find cost-effective, high-quality care.
• Map and personalize member healthcare journeys through data-driven customization.
• Analyze user behavior and site usage data to optimize performance and prioritize the product roadmap.
• Collaborate with engineering to scope projects, define MVPs, and organize sprints.
• Lead a cross-functional pod of engineers and product designers to deliver aligned features.
• Ensure system compliance with evolving insurance regulations and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, specifically with search engines or user-facing applications.
• Expertise in building AI-powered search and intuitive user interfaces.
• Proficiency in SQL for independent data analysis and investigation.
• Deep understanding of Agile development and Scrum methodology.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Must reside in California for consideration.
