What you will do
- Lead multiple base leaders to ensure operational goals and metrics are met through coaching and accountability.
- Oversee station operations, guest services, and catering to ensure safe, secure, and efficient daily activities.
- Manage recruitment, training, performance, and disciplinary actions for Team Members.
- Maintain productive relationships with FAA, OSHA, and internal departments like Flight and Technical Operations.
- Lead the Station Operations and Guest Services Emergency Response Program.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience leading teams from a distance.
- Thorough understanding of Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR).
- Ability to obtain and maintain a SIDA badge (TSA requirements).
- Ability to travel up to 70% of the time.
- Strong orientation toward high performance and the ability to work under pressure.
Nice to have
- 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of relevant airport experience.
- 5-8 years of experience leading a large, diverse workforce.
