What you will do
- Oversee overall resort operations, including guest services, the Marketplace, and food and beverage outlets.
- Lead, mentor, and develop department heads to ensure alignment with company standards and policies.
- Manage budgets and capital plans, analyze P&L performance, and implement financial action plans.
- Monitor key performance metrics including guest feedback, quality assurance, and team member engagement.
- Maintain resort assets through preventative maintenance programs and collaborate with Risk Management and Security.
- Partner with Human Resources to ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive hospitality or resort operations leadership experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence and measurable business results in complex hospitality environments.
- Strong financial acumen with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and labor cost management.
- Proficiency with hospitality systems (PMS, POS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
