Salary: $110,000–$115,000 plus annual bonus.

What you will do

• Hire, train, and develop site teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Oversee financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, net operating income, and cost control.
• Lead leasing and marketing efforts to meet occupancy goals and maintain brand standards.
• Monitor resident experience and address concerns to ensure high satisfaction.
• Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams on capital projects and property upkeep.
• Provide regular performance updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of student housing property management experience.
• Must reside in the Southeast US region or be open to relocation.
• Experience managing remote teams.
• Operational knowledge and project management skills.
• Ability to travel 35%–50% of the time.

Nice to have
