What you will do

• Define the long-term architecture vision, technology roadmap, and target-state capabilities for the global commercial technology ecosystem.
• Drive the strategy and execution of CRM modernization, omnichannel transformation, and customer engagement innovation.
• Govern enterprise integration strategies and architecture patterns to ensure scalability, interoperability, and operational efficiency.
• Lead architecture reviews, vendor evaluations, and platform selection for critical commercial technology investments.
• Partner with senior executive leadership to align technology investments with strategic business objectives.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to developers and delivery teams, establishing architecture best practices.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 10+ years of progressive technology leadership experience, with at least 10 years specifically supporting Life Sciences commercial organizations.
• Proven experience leading enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or digital transformation initiatives at a Director level.
• Deep expertise in CRM platforms including Veeva (CRM, Vault) and Salesforce (Life Sciences, Sales, Service, Marketing, and Data Clouds).
• Extensive knowledge of omnichannel engagement, customer data platforms, and commercial analytics solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to have

• TOGAF, Salesforce, or Veeva architecture certifications.
• Experience supporting global commercial operations across multiple regions and international markets.
• Experience leading technology evaluations for next-generation customer engagement solutions.
