What you will do

• Define technical strategy and lead critical Salesforce CRM and related enterprise systems projects.
• Design and implement secure, scalable integrations using APIs, middleware, IPaaS, and event-driven architectures.
• Drive process automation, data integration, and Salesforce ecosystem enhancements across Marketing, Finance, Sales, Analytics, Product, Customer Success, and Engineering.
• Own technical governance, architecture reviews, code reviews, compliance, system reliability, and performance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop engineers while promoting strong coding, testing, DevOps, and architecture practices.
• Act as the primary technical owner for high-impact projects and critical Salesforce issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Salesforce development and architecture experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with enterprise systems integration, APIs, middleware, IPaaS solutions, event-driven architectures, and high-volume data processing.
• Salesforce Developer I and II certifications are required.
• Experience leading and mentoring technical teams, including collaboration across time zones and cultures.
• Knowledge of billing, revenue recognition, order management, cloud cost optimization, governance, GDPR, data retention, and data privacy.
• Experience with Agile, Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD, Git, automated testing, code reviews, and AI coding assistants or LLM-based tools.

Nice to have

• Salesforce System Architect or Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification.
• Salesforce Technical Architect or Application Architect certification.
• Second-generation managed package experience.
• Experience extending Salesforce Enterprise Territory Management functionality.
