TL;DR

Enterprise Solutions Engineer (SaaS): Driving expansion into the enterprise market by owning the full technical sales cycle from discovery to implementation with an accent on architecture design and proof-of-concept. Focus on building repeatable playbooks, scaling technical wins, and aligning technical value to business goals for complex accounts.

Location: Must be based in the USA (residing in CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, KS, MD, NJ, NC, OR, TN, TX, VA, or WA). Not eligible for Visa sponsorship.

Salary: $140,000 – $200,000 per year

What you will do

  • Own the full pre-sales technical experience for enterprise accounts, including product demos, architecture design, and proof-of-concept stages.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to align technical value with business objectives.
  • Build and maintain reusable technical assets, lab environments, and demo flows to support a scalable SE model.
  • Serve as a strategic liaison between Sales and Product to surface feedback and influence the roadmap.
  • Support the review of technical content within RFPs and RFIs.
  • Represent hirify.global at enterprise industry events and customer forums.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting for B2B SaaS.
  • Proficiency in Windows environments, Linux/macOS systems, and networking concepts (DNS, VPN, firewalls).
  • Hands-on experience with RMM tools, ITSM platforms, and endpoint lifecycle management.
  • Scripting experience in PowerShell, JavaScript, and/or VBScript.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Jira, or Highspot.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% for customer meetings and events.

  • Technical certifications such as CISSP, Security+, or cloud architecture.
