Location: Fully remote within the United States; candidates must be U.S. residents and authorized to work for any U.S. employer without restrictions. Preference is given to candidates in the Austin, TX area or within reasonable driving distance for occasional in-person meetings.

Salary: $140,000–$170,000 base annually, plus 10%–20% bonus/incentives and equity.

What you will do

• Own the architecture, development lifecycle, administration, security, and performance of Salesforce and the broader revenue technology ecosystem.
• Design and maintain integrations, APIs, automations, workflows, and scalable platform configurations.
• Build data architecture, governance, validation, and quality standards for trusted revenue reporting.
• Implement AI-powered tools and self-service automation to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Services to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Build and lead a high-performing technical systems team and support executive reporting and RevOps governance.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture, systems engineering, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Systems.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, configuration, integrations, data modeling, governance, and full systems development lifecycles.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered tools, workflow automation, and modern GTM technologies.
• Experience with Salesforce and broader revenue technology stacks; Salesforce certifications are strongly preferred.
• Experience with SaaS revenue models, including subscription, usage-based, transactional, and professional services models.
• Must be a U.S. resident and authorized to work in the United States for any employer without stipulations.

Nice to have

• NetSuite experience.
• Experience supporting private-equity- or venture-backed SaaS companies with $50M–$150M in revenue.
• Experience building executive reporting, leading technical initiatives, or managing a team.
