What you will do

• Design and deliver practical AI workshops, labs, and demos to enable safe and effective tool usage in real workflows.
• Develop role-based learning paths, reusable prompts, and templates tailored to specific company workflows.
• Test AI tools and prompt workflows to identify behavioral patterns, limitations, and necessary guardrails.
• Partner with AI Strategy and eTech teams to convert AI concepts into concrete use cases and training scenarios.
• Establish and support social learning spaces, including office hours and internal communities of practice.
• Iterate on training content and experiences based on employee usage data and feedback.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in AI/ML, software engineering, or technical enablement.
• Hands-on expertise with LLMs and generative AI, specifically in designing and debugging prompts.
• Proven ability to facilitate technical training and translate complex concepts for diverse audiences.
• Experience creating technical labs and workshops rather than purely conceptual training.
• Eligible for USA employment.
