What you will do

• Design and develop a range of learning content, including eLearning modules, instructor-led training, job aids, and assessments.
• Transform raw briefs, slide decks, and source materials into dynamic, engaging learning experiences.
• Partner with SMEs across sales, product marketing, and revenue operations to gather and validate content.
• Build interactive and visually compelling modules using Articulate Rise.
• Concept, script, and produce microvideos for focused, bite-sized learning on product and sales skills.
• Manage content within the LMS and develop certification programs and knowledge checks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in instructional design or L&D, ideally within B2B SaaS or tech environments.
• Must be based in the US.
• Hands-on expertise with Articulate 360 suite, specifically Articulate Rise.
• Experience scripting, recording, and editing microvideos for learning.
• Experience building and managing content in a modern LMS platform.
• Strong storytelling and writing skills to make technical content clear and compelling.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with sales processes and go-to-market motions.
• Experience supporting a sales enablement function.
• Experience with the Thought Industries LMS.
