Salary: $130,000 – $150,000 USD

hirify.global is a Customer Success Platform (CSP) built to help modern CS organizations improve visibility into customer health and optimize post-sale workflows.

What you will do

  • Own the community strategy and day-to-day execution on the Circle platform, focusing on AI in Customer Success.
  • Curate thought leadership and facilitate high-level conversations among CS practitioners regarding AI implementation.
  • Design and deliver a programming calendar featuring live webinars, panel discussions, and office hours.
  • Build on-demand courseware, including micro-courses, certifications, and structured learning paths.
  • Use AI tools to analyze community conversations at scale to surface themes and identify gaps for product and CSM teams.
  • Track and report on engagement metrics, membership growth, and the impact of programming on customer adoption.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success (non-negotiable) as a CSM, in CS operations, or customer education.
  • Proven track record of building customer-facing programs from scratch (certifications, cohorts, webinars).
  • Authentic engagement and curiosity regarding the intersection of AI and Customer Success.
  • Strong writing and communication skills to create engaging content for industry practitioners.
  • Proficiency in using AI tools for content creation, monitoring, and pattern recognition.
  • Data-oriented mindset for interpreting engagement metrics and making evidence-based decisions.

Nice to have

  • Experience with the Circle community platform.
  • Experience with LMS or other courseware tools.
