What you will do

• Provide day-to-day support for People services and handle employee inquiries about benefits, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain and update HR systems including BambooHR, ADP, Sapling, Lattice, and Google Suite.
• Administer full US onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Oversee US immigration case management and ensure compliance with EEO reporting.
• Manage the HR help desk, handling unemployment claims and employment verifications.
• Assist with total rewards administration, including benefits and compensation reviews.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 2-5 years of HR experience preferred.
• Strong HR systems experience with a bias for automation.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communicator capable of interacting with employees at all levels.
