Location: Hybrid - Must be based in the San Francisco area (Larkspur, California) with in-office expectations 2 days/week
Salary: $120,000 - $130,000 (OTE)

What you will do
- Lead customer expansion initiatives within the SMB segment to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality opportunities within the existing customer base.
- Identify areas for deeper software adoption to effectively up-sell and cross-sell additional products.
- Manage realistic forecasts by ensuring CRM and payments processing platforms are utilized effectively.
- Recommend and implement customized solutions to help customers grow their businesses.
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably at a technology company, with a record of top performance.
- Experience managing month-to-month and multi-annual contracts with multiple product lines.
- Ability to build meaningful relationships with customers of varying technical proficiency.
- Willingness to travel 20-30% for onsite visits to clients.
- Demonstrated passion for the startup community and new technology businesses.
