Account Executive III (Fintech): Managing and expanding high-value relationships within the Tier 1 Banking vertical with an accent on strategic account planning, complex deal negotiation, and revenue growth. Location: Must be based in the United States. Role requires at least 40% travel onsite to customer locations.

Salary: $141,800 – $238,200 per year plus commission.

What you will do

  • Act as a trusted advisor to an established portfolio of high-value banking clients.
  • Drive end-to-end sales processes including negotiation, contracting, and internal approvals.
  • Perform comprehensive account planning to identify growth opportunities and ensure strategic alignment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Client Success, Marketing, and Pre-sales to maximize retention and win-back campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting data within Salesforce.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with multiple senior stakeholders across client organizations.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in enterprise-level SaaS, consulting, or services sales.
  • Proven track record of managing high-value accounts and consistently exceeding annual sales quotas.
  • Strong ability to assess client business processes and technological environments.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills suitable for a global corporate environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
