What you will do

• Introduce and secure new business within adult specialty segments in the Washington territory.
• Partner with physicians and staff through consultative selling and education.
• Manage lead generation and ensure high physician satisfaction with hirify.global programs and services.
• Implement sales and marketing plans, including hosting physician dinners and special events.
• Maintain a physician development pipeline and clearly communicate value propositions.
• Conduct in-person client meetings, maintaining a field presence of 4.5 days per week.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare sales or as a genetic counselor.
• Must be based in Washington with a valid driver's license for frequent travel.
• Ability to work independently and successfully manage time and territory activities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• Experience with neurology, immunology, rheumatology, or other adult specialty segments.
