Regional Account Executive (Medtech)

Location: Must be based in the Chicago territory (Expectation for field time is 4.5 days a week)

Salary: $125,000 - $140,000 USD

What you will do

• Introduce and secure new business within adult specialty segments in the assigned Chicago territory.
• Partner with adult specialty call points through consultative selling and education to increase existing business.
• Drive lead generation and manage a physician development pipeline to communicate value propositions.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure consistent follow-up and timely resolution of client issues.
• Implement sales and marketing plans, including organizing physician dinners and special events.
• Conduct frequent in-person client meetings, maintaining a field presence of approximately 4.5 days per week.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years in healthcare sales, preferably in a physician sales/services environment, or 2+ years of experience as a genetic counselor.
• Must have a valid driver's license for territory travel.
• Strong technical aptitude to promote multiple genomic service offerings and business opportunities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a professional communication style.
• Must be located in or able to cover the Chicago territory.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• Experience with neurology, immunology, rheumatology, or other adult specialty segments.
