What you will do

• Manage a defined geographic region to achieve sales revenue targets and build long-term customer relationships.
• Acquire and maintain accounts in academia, industrial, and contract research organizations.
• Oversee the full life cycle of new client account setup and provide guidance to other account managers.
• Collaborate with Field Application Scientists to drive growth in instrument and consumable sales.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to expand industrial and government account portfolios.

Requirements

• B.S. in Life Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of ten years of account management experience managing multiple geographic regions.
• Proven sales record in industrial or academic sectors.
• Advanced knowledge of HTS, Molecular Biology, and competitive technology systems.
• Ability to travel extensively (up to 100%) within the designated territory.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or related CRM software.
