Salary: $130K – $150K + Equity & Bonus

is building the identity trust infrastructure for the digital economy to verify identities in real time and stop fraud before it starts.
What you will do
- Deliver annual and quarterly revenue targets through partner-sourced and partner-influenced deals.
- Manage full-cycle partner sales, including pipeline generation, deal progression, and closing activities.
- Identify, recruit, and activate new partners to expand reach into target markets and verticals.
- Execute joint GTM plans, account strategies, and co-sell motions with internal stakeholders.
- Maintain high CRM hygiene in Salesforce and provide accurate weekly pipeline forecasting.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Operations to accelerate partner-driven opportunities.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in channel sales, alliances, or partner account management.
- Demonstrated success in carrying and exceeding revenue quotas through partner ecosystems.
- Experience recruiting, enabling, and managing high-performing partners.
- Deep understanding of co-selling motions, deal registration, and partner pipeline management.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and partner management tools (PRM).
- Must be based in one of the specified US locations for hybrid work.
Nice to have
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
- Experience with API-driven SaaS products, identity verification, or fraud prevention.
- Established network across fintech, banking, or digital commerce ecosystems.
