TL;DR

Partner Alliance Director (Fintech): Driving revenue and expanding the partner ecosystem for an identity trust infrastructure platform with an accent on quota-carrying channel sales and GTM execution. Location: Hybrid - Must be based in the US (Miami, New York, San Francisco, Seattle, or Washington DC)

Salary: $130K – $150K + Equity & Bonus

hirify.global is building the identity trust infrastructure for the digital economy to verify identities in real time and stop fraud before it starts.

What you will do

  • Deliver annual and quarterly revenue targets through partner-sourced and partner-influenced deals.
  • Manage full-cycle partner sales, including pipeline generation, deal progression, and closing activities.
  • Identify, recruit, and activate new partners to expand reach into target markets and verticals.
  • Execute joint GTM plans, account strategies, and co-sell motions with internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain high CRM hygiene in Salesforce and provide accurate weekly pipeline forecasting.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Operations to accelerate partner-driven opportunities.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in channel sales, alliances, or partner account management.
  • Demonstrated success in carrying and exceeding revenue quotas through partner ecosystems.
  • Experience recruiting, enabling, and managing high-performing partners.
  • Deep understanding of co-selling motions, deal registration, and partner pipeline management.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and partner management tools (PRM).
  • Must be based in one of the specified US locations for hybrid work.

Nice to have

  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
  • Experience with API-driven SaaS products, identity verification, or fraud prevention.
  • Established network across fintech, banking, or digital commerce ecosystems.
