Salary: $190,000 - $224,000 USD

What you will do
- Build and manage a portfolio of POS, LOS, and demand partnerships within the mortgage ecosystem.
- Negotiate and sign new integration agreements to expand market reach and unblock sales opportunities.
- Develop and execute joint go-to-market (GTM) plans to deliver partner-sourced pipeline and influenced revenue.
- Lead end-to-end commercial negotiations with senior and C-suite stakeholders.
- Optimize existing partnerships to increase volume, improve commercial economics, and reduce customer friction.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams on integration scoping, prioritization, and roadmap trade-offs.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel sales.
- At least 3 years of experience in fintech or financial services SaaS.
- Direct experience with mortgage industry systems such as LOS or POS (e.g., Encompass, nCino, Blend).
- Proven track record of owning joint GTM plans and achieving partner-sourced pipeline targets.
- Strong commercial fluency and experience negotiating agreements with C-suite executives.
- Data fluency to track pipeline, model commercial trade-offs, and build business cases for prioritization.
