Partner Account Manager (Fintech): Developing and scaling referral relationships with tech partners, HCM partners, and financial advisors for SMB retirement benefits with an accent on lead generation and strategic network growth. Location: Remote within Colorado, US (Must be able to be in the field 3 days/week)
Salary: $130,000 - $140,000 OTE

What you will do
- Build and amplify referral relationships with tech partners, HCM partners, benefit brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors in the SMB space.
- Create strategic referral networks focused on lead generation and new partnership opportunities.
- Resolve emerging operational issues by collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Finance.
- Collaborate with Partner Marketing to innovate and execute initiatives such as educational events, emails, and webinars.
- Establish business goals and performance metrics to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience building and maintaining relationships with HCM partners, brokers, or financial advisors in the SMB space.
- Proven track record of success in a quota-driven sales environment.
- Ability to be in the field 3 days per week in Colorado.
- Extraordinary communication and interpersonal skills with a growth mindset.
- Familiarity using Salesforce to manage sales cycles is preferred.
