Location: Remote within California, Washington, or Oregon; offices available in El Segundo, Seattle, and Portland

What you will do

  • Manage a dedicated portfolio of 35–38 scaled accounts with ARR under $200k, balancing programmatic initiatives with 1-to-1 engagements.
  • Drive retention and renewals by proactively identifying and eliminating barriers to customer adoption.
  • Develop trusting relationships with key personnel to identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Sales and cross-functional teams to solve complex customer problems and advance product adoption.
  • Monitor product utilization trends and provide feedback to product teams to support continuous improvement.
  • Plan and deliver customer education on new features using webinars and digital enablement channels.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as Customer Success, Account Management, or Professional Services.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong domain knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM), cybersecurity, or compliance.
  • Proficiency in cloud, hybrid, and on-premise IT architectures and deployment models.
  • Proven experience managing high-velocity, scaled portfolios (30+ accounts) in a SaaS environment.
  • Availability to support customers during North America (Pacific) hours.
