What you will do
- Manage a dedicated portfolio of 35–38 scaled accounts with ARR under $200k, balancing programmatic initiatives with 1-to-1 engagements.
- Drive retention and renewals by proactively identifying and eliminating barriers to customer adoption.
- Develop trusting relationships with key personnel to identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales and cross-functional teams to solve complex customer problems and advance product adoption.
- Monitor product utilization trends and provide feedback to product teams to support continuous improvement.
- Plan and deliver customer education on new features using webinars and digital enablement channels.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as Customer Success, Account Management, or Professional Services.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong domain knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM), cybersecurity, or compliance.
- Proficiency in cloud, hybrid, and on-premise IT architectures and deployment models.
- Proven experience managing high-velocity, scaled portfolios (30+ accounts) in a SaaS environment.
- Availability to support customers during North America (Pacific) hours.
