Salary: up to $160,000 base + bonus

What you will do
- Lead the technical onboarding process for new Enterprise customers, formulating plans based on specific requirements and goals.
- Act as the primary voice of the customer within the organization, influencing internal teams to meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with Technical Support and Customer Engineering to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with stakeholders ranging from technical leads to CISOs.
- Drive product adoption and identify opportunities for account expansion while minimizing churn risks.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise customer-facing roles such as Customer Success, TAM, or Professional Services.
- Relevant domain knowledge of Supply Chain Security, DevSecOps, AppSec, container security, or vulnerability management.
- Ability to work with high autonomy, taking full ownership of a customer portfolio and making key strategic decisions.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Strong emotional intelligence and advanced priority management skills.

- Previous early-stage startup experience.
- Hands-on technical experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure), Linux, or containers.
