TL;DR

Scale SMB Customer Success Manager (Cybersecurity): Managing success programs and digital customer journeys for SMB, SLED, and Federal customers with an accent on identity security and AD/Entra protection. Focus on driving product adoption, mitigating churn risk through usage data, and executing one-to-many engagement programs at scale.

Location: Hybrid in Hoboken, NJ (Must reside within 45 miles of the office)

What you will do

  • Execute success plans across the customer lifecycle (onboarding, adoption, optimization, renewal) for a pooled book of SMB customers.
  • Implement one-to-many engagement programs, including digital onboarding journeys, product enablement webinars, and optimization clinics.
  • Monitor customer health using usage data and risk scores to identify churn signals and drive mitigation plans at scale.
  • Partner with Account Executives to identify and execute expansion, upsell, and multi-year renewal opportunities.
  • Conduct product health checks and provide actionable recommendations to improve security posture for Active Directory and Entra ID.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to align new features with SMB scale requirements.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager or Technical Account Manager in a Cybersecurity SaaS company.
  • Proven experience presenting to and collaborating with C-level Executives.
  • Ability to translate technical cybersecurity data into compelling business narratives that justify investment.
  • Strong project and program management skills for orchestrating roadmaps across a large customer portfolio.
  • Must be based within 45 miles of the Hoboken, NJ office to comply with the hybrid work model.

Nice to have

  • Experience running product health checks and interpreting risk, exposure, and coverage.
  • Ability to help customers remediate Active Directory and Entra ID security posture issues.
  • Experience configuring and tuning security alerts, rules, and policies.
