Salary: $115,000 – $145,000 USD

What you will do
- Act as a trusted partner for enterprise customers during YubiKey deployment, focusing on business and operational matters.
- Drive retention, renewals, and growth within named accounts by aligning products with customer business needs.
- Collaborate with Sales and Solutions Engineers to identify and execute revenue expansion opportunities.
- Lead successful hardware roll-outs, including project plan development and end-user distribution tracking.
- Partner with internal Operations and Logistics teams to manage global hardware deployment and supply chain timelines.
- Identify and develop customer advocates for testimonials and case studies.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management.
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi-divisional, and multi-geographical enterprise customers.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple simultaneous tasks.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive, business, and technical audiences.
- Must be based in the United States (E-Verify Participating Employer).
- Proficiency with modern CS and CRM tools such as Salesforce, Gainsight, or ChurnZero.

- Experience working in Cybersecurity, Identity and Access Management (IAM), or SaaS environments.
