What you will do

• Own the end-to-end forecasting infrastructure, commercial analytics, and the FinOps stack.
• Develop and implement an agentic finance stack using AI for close acceleration, variance commentary, and scenario modelling.
• Lead pricing and packaging strategies, including new-product pricing, bundle design, and discount discipline.
• Manage capital allocation, annual operating plans, and budget processes.
• Partner with the FD on fundraising and debt financing, managing models, materials, and diligence.
• Mentor the Finance Graduate on agent design to scale AI capabilities within the team.

Requirements

• 6 to 8 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, strategic FP&A, or BizOps with high-growth SaaS or PLG exposure.
• Proven expertise in investor-grade financial modeling (three-statement, scenario, cohort, unit economics).
• Fluency in SQL and working knowledge of the SaaS finance stack (Chargebee, Xero, HubSpot, Snowflake, etc.).
• Experience shipping at least one end-to-end agentic workflow in a finance context using APIs (Claude, OpenAI, etc.).
• Experience with fundraising or material debt financing and comfort engaging with the C-suite.

Nice to have

• Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CFA.
