What you will do

• Partner with senior business leaders to set the strategic agenda and support high-level financial decision-making.
• Build and maintain complex financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses to assess investment choices and resource allocation.
• Define and track KPIs to provide visibility into performance, efficiency, and value creation.
• Evaluate cost and investment proposals, conducting financial return analysis and ensuring alignment with business priorities.
• Develop and implement AI-enabled workflows and automated tools to improve the speed and scalability of FP&A processes.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, Commercial Finance, Consulting, or Banking.
• Strong expertise in financial modelling, forecasting, and business performance analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proven ability to design and maintain AI agents and multi-step automated workflows.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence non-finance stakeholders through insight.

Nice to have

• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
• Exposure to computer science, software development, or data engineering.
• Experience with SQL, Looker, Tableau, or MCP-enabled workflows.
