What you will do
- Partner with senior business leaders to set the strategic agenda and support high-level financial decision-making.
- Build and maintain complex financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses to assess investment choices and resource allocation.
- Define and track KPIs to provide visibility into performance, efficiency, and value creation.
- Evaluate cost and investment proposals, conducting financial return analysis and ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Develop and implement AI-enabled workflows and automated tools to improve the speed and scalability of FP&A processes.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, Commercial Finance, Consulting, or Banking.
- Strong expertise in financial modelling, forecasting, and business performance analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proven ability to design and maintain AI agents and multi-step automated workflows.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence non-finance stakeholders through insight.
Nice to have
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
- Exposure to computer science, software development, or data engineering.
- Experience with SQL, Looker, Tableau, or MCP-enabled workflows.
