Location: Hybrid - must be in one of hirify.global offices at least 25% of the time.

Salary: €140.000 - €175.000 EUR

What you will do

• Provide expert guidance to go-to-market stakeholders on financial strategies and resource allocation.
• Drive analysis, build financial models, and recommend business decisions across revenue goals and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare and deliver clear financial reports and forecasts, highlighting key trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with strategic finance, FP&A, and accounting counterparts to align go-to-market with broader financial strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
