What you will do

  • Drive global headcount planning and reporting in collaboration with HR and department leads.
  • Lead Opex budget cycles and identify opportunities for cost optimization and investment prioritization.
  • Develop financial models for sales capacity planning and align commission structures with profitability targets.
  • Contribute to Group-level financial reporting and prepare actionable insights for the Board and Executive Management.
  • Identify reporting bottlenecks and implement automated workflows to reduce manual intervention.
  • Explore and integrate AI and Machine Learning solutions for predictive modeling and variance analysis.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in FP&A or Strategic Finance within a high-growth tech or payments environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and ERP/CPM systems.
  • Proven track record of implementing automation tools or BI dashboards like PowerBI or Tableau.
  • Genuine curiosity and practical interest in applying Generative AI and predictive analytics to financial workflows.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate complex financial narratives to non-finance executives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
