What you will do

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid UA campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google UAC, ASA, and DSPs.
• Manage budgets and daily reporting to achieve target KPIs including CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
• Oversee creative testing and develop a robust roadmap to improve efficiency and scale.
• Partner with Analytics and Data Science to measure incrementality and portfolio impact.
• Research new channels and ad formats while producing competitive intelligence reports.
• Track performance and build weekly/monthly reports using MMP dashboards, specifically Singular.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience running and optimizing app-based UA campaigns.
• Proven ability to execute across multiple channels: Paid Social, ASA, and DSP Networks.
• Experience working with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs), with Singular preferred.
• Strong command of performance metrics (CPS, ROAS, LTV) and conversion funnel analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel/spreadsheets and familiarity with BI tools or dashboards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Background in Gaming, Casino, or Sports Betting UA campaigns.
• Experience with creative iteration and A/B testing at scale.
• Familiarity with SQL or data-visualization tools like Tableau and Mode Analytics.
• Understanding of influencer and affiliate marketing.
