What you will do

• Execute paid advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, Snapchat, and other emerging digital platforms.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics including CAC, ROAS, payback periods, and funnel conversion.
• Build and maintain testing frameworks for paid ads, creative assets, landing pages, and offers.
• Collaborate with creative, product, and analytics teams to translate data insights into growth actions.
• Identify and implement growth experiments and user acquisition improvements.
• Manage multiple growth projects simultaneously, balancing tradeoffs and escalating risks to leadership.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in growth, paid acquisition, or performance marketing for consumer mobile apps.
• Hands-on expertise running profitable campaigns on Apple Search Ads, Meta, and TikTok.
• Strong understanding of subscription app economics, including LTV and payback periods.
• Experience with mobile attribution platforms such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular, or Branch.
• Must be based in the US.

Nice to have

• Experience scaling apps in the Health & Fitness, AI, or mobile utility categories.
• Exposure to influencer marketing, affiliate programs, and creator whitelisting.
• Familiarity with web-to-app funnels and paywall testing.
