Salary: $87,480 - $161,910 Annual

What you will do
- Drive strategy and execution of performance marketing and paid media for Call of Duty: Mobile.
- Partner with Mobile Analytics and Data Science to define critical metrics and drive optimization.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on cohort performance, channel efficiency, and creative assets.
- Source and evaluate new channels and opportunities for continued user base growth.
- Manage and optimize multi-million dollar UA budgets to enhance acquisition activities and ROI.
- Execute complex A/B testing for localization, creative, regions, and content.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing performance marketing and paid media campaigns for down-funnel metrics.
- Proven ability to manage and optimize multi-million dollar user acquisition budgets.
- Strong analytical skills with experience reporting quantitative and qualitative results to an executive audience.
- Knowledge of Insertion Order/PO setup, budget tracking, and invoicing.
- Location: Must be based in Santa Monica, CA and follow an onsite schedule (4 days per week).
