What you will do

• Curate and manage the influencer roster by identifying and building relationships with talent at all levels.
• Architect and manage comprehensive influencer campaigns for the game's launch and beyond.
• Develop programmatic long-term reward structures to ensure constant content creation and engagement.
• Identify and partner with global celebrities and cultural leaders to drive growth.
• Advise the game team on features that empower creators to produce broadly entertaining content.
• Establish early influencer operations, including processes, toolkits, and workflows.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing creator ecosystems, influencer strategies, or high-profile talent in gaming, entertainment, or sports.
• Strong understanding of global creator ecosystems, emerging formats, and content metas.
• Deep knowledge of current and emerging celebrities and tier 1 influencers across various cultures.
• Proven ability to work in ambiguous spaces within small, cross-functional teams.
• Strong player empathy and a genuine passion for gaming.
