hirify.global is a marketing agency providing strategic paid social support for a diverse portfolio of clients.

What you will do

  • Build, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns primarily on Meta, with extensions to LinkedIn and TikTok.
  • Execute performance strategies and proactively identify opportunities for campaign optimization.
  • Analyze complex campaign data to deliver clear and actionable insights.
  • Run structured testing across creative assets, audience segments, and bidding strategies.
  • Troubleshoot tracking, performance, and delivery issues independently.
  • Communicate updates, insights, and recommendations to clients and internal teams.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of paid social experience, preferably within an agency environment.
  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns across multiple social platforms.
  • Deep understanding of performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, and conversions.
  • Ability to translate raw data into strategic insights and next steps.
  • Professional communication skills for direct client-facing interactions.
  • Must be available as a 1099 Contractor.

Nice to have

  • Experience with GA4, GTM, and advanced conversion tracking.
  • Ecommerce experience, specifically with Shopify and product feeds.
  • Familiarity with TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, or other emerging platforms.
  • Experience using AI tools for ideation, copywriting, or campaign optimization.
