Salary: $95,640–$172,260 per year

What you will do

• Develop and implement acquisition programs to introduce new members to Organized Play.
• Design and test retail and community-based initiatives to drive awareness and participation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define acquisition goals, KPIs, and success criteria.
• Track and analyze acquisition data to report on program reach, conversion, and effectiveness.
• Champion a player-centric mindset to improve onboarding and early journey experiences.
• Support internal workshops and events to reinforce acquisition best practices.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience developing learning programs for youth and adult learners.
• Demonstrated experience in community building or management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends in data sets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• 5-8 years of experience in the tabletop or digital games industry.
• 2-5 years of experience developing consumer or retail programs.
• Deep understanding of Pokémon products and Play! Programs.
