hirify.global is a global game developer and publisher that also operates Noiz.gg, an influencer-marketing platform connecting brands with over 50,000 creators.

What you will do

  • Launch and manage influencer campaigns via the Noiz platform, including outreach, vetting, and compliance monitoring.
  • Execute large-scale creator outreach (200+ creators), managing responses, negotiations, and contracting.
  • Build and maintain segmented creator databases across Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, and Kick.
  • Lead social media objectives and expand brand presence on TikTok, Instagram, and X.
  • Research gaming trends and play internal titles to define player profiles and influencer strategies.
  • Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to provide performance reports and gather feedback.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in digital/influencer marketing or community management.
  • Must be based in or able to work on-site in Beverly Hills, CA.
  • Deep familiarity with gaming culture and streaming platforms (Twitch, YouTube, Kick, TikTok).
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel for data tracking and formulas.
  • Ability to service clients during non-work hours and occasional weekends.

Nice to have

  • Understanding of performance metrics such as CPM, engagement rate, and ROI.
  • Personal experience with streaming or content creation.
