What you will do

• Identify and qualify new leads to expand the customer base and drive sales growth.
• Conduct daily prospecting and develop relationships with key decision-makers.
• Facilitate professional business meetings and provide project management support for key clients.
• Achieve assigned sales quotas and client onboarding goals.
• Manage communication channels between WuXi Biology and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate and facilitate customer travel to China.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences (preferably biology or chemistry).
• Minimum of 3+ years of industrial experience.
• Experience in project management or business development is preferred.
• Broad understanding of discovery biology and preclinical development.
• Ability to travel frequently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
