Salary: $110,000–$130,000 + equity

What you will do

• Own end-to-end implementations for a portfolio of 5–7 enterprise and strategic customers.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders, including executive-level partners.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables across complex workstreams.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, and Operations teams.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, managing escalations with urgency.
• Continuously improve implementation processes by identifying patterns and opportunities for scalability.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, or project management roles.
• Proven experience managing large, complex, and high-value implementations in SaaS or enterprise environments.
• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience with executive audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments.
• Must be based in the U.S.

• Background in HR tech, fintech, or benefits platforms.
• Experience building or refining implementation processes at scale.
