What you will do

• Develop technical accounting memoranda and policies for new products, transactions, and business initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify, resolve, and document accounting issues for contemplated business transactions.
• Monitor and assess the impact of new accounting pronouncements and regulatory updates on the organization.
• Design, implement, and maintain effective internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR) and disclosure controls.
• Coordinate with external auditors to provide documentation and support for policy positions.
• Participate in monthly and quarterly close review processes to ensure accurate external financial reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and CPA or equivalent professional certification required.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in public accounting or high-growth technology-focused companies.
• Strong command of U.S. GAAP with a working understanding of IFRS concepts.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven ability to deliver against defined objectives and manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
