Salary: $110,000 – $125,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Participate in global month-end close, consolidation, and timely financial reporting.
• Manage accounting and detailed reconciliations for commissions, debt, and equity instruments.
• Perform technical accounting research and develop GAAP-compliant accounting policies.
• Contribute to M&A integrations and collaborate on purchase accounting.
• Lead the preparation of annual consolidated financial statements and disclosures.
• Collaborate with external auditors and assist tax advisors with statutory filings.

Requirements

• CPA (or equivalent) required.
• Must be based in the United States.
• 3-5 years of Public Accounting Audit experience.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and technical accounting concepts.
• Bachelor's degree and/or 8 years of related experience in Accounting or Audit.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with high-growth SaaS companies.
• Exposure to stock options, equity, debt, or capitalized software.
• Experience with business combinations and valuation reports.
