Salary: $191,250 - $273,000 (depending on region)

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end preparation, review, and filing of all external financial statements (Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K) in compliance with US GAAP and SEC regulations.
• Establish and ruthlessly enforce a prescriptive global financial reporting calendar, coordinating with Legal, Investor Relations, and Operations.
• Serve as the definitive internal expert on complex accounting issues, including M&A, revenue recognition (hardware + SaaS), and share-based compensation.
• Direct the global stock administration function and technical accounting for equity grants (ASC 718).
• Drive the selection and implementation of financial reporting technologies to automate and streamline the close-to-report lifecycle.
• Oversee the design and optimization of the SOX compliance model (ICFR) and coordinate international statutory audits.

Requirements

• Active CPA license is strictly required.
• 12+ years of progressive financial accounting experience, with significant leadership in SEC Reporting at a public company.
• Deep mastery of US GAAP, SEC regulations (Regulation S-X and S-K), and PCAOB standards.
• Proven success in building and managing robust SOX compliance programs.
• Must be based in the United States (excluding restricted states).
• 6+ years of foundational experience at a Big 4 or national public accounting firm is highly preferred.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience implementing or administering Workiva for SEC reporting and XBRL tagging.
• Prior strategic oversight experience for equity structures and global stock administration platforms.
